ABOUT ME
I've been training people in person in Fort McMurray Alberta and online since 2016! Training was always a passion of mine but not a career for me until my 30's. I love creating customized programs for my clients and helping them reach their goals!
I work with roller derby athletes looking to improve their game with off skates training, on skates training, and video review.
My passion for fitness, health, and being the best athlete I can be is what drives me to keep dripping sweat.
